1. Who provides Menuelo
Menuelo is a menu management service provided by the business identified below. These terms apply to our website, free previews and paid features. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the restaurant or business you register. Creating an account requires your agreement to these terms. Browsing a restaurant's menu does not create a paid subscription.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and restaurant details, use an email address you control and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Confirm your email and complete any required subscription setup before publishing. Do not share account credentials with guests or try to access another restaurant's account.
4. Free previews and usage limits
You can try a limited number of menu previews without an account. We apply request, file size and usage limits to prevent abuse and control processing costs. Reaching a free preview limit does not prevent you from creating an account or starting an available subscription trial.
An unclaimed preview is a draft and is not a substitute for an active account. Account imports have their own limits. We may adjust limits where reasonably necessary to maintain service availability; an offer or plan page will identify any specific included limits.
5. Trials, pricing and recurring billing
Eligible new subscriptions include a seven-day free trial with a payment card required. Your trial starts when Checkout is successfully completed. No subscription fee is charged for that trial period. Your plan, currency, recurring price, any applicable tax and the first billing date are shown at Checkout before you confirm.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription renews and your payment method is charged automatically. After that, it renews at the billing interval shown at Checkout until canceled. Listed plan prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or other fees.
Stripe processes payment details. Menuelo stores subscription references and status, rather than your full card number or security code. You can manage billing through your account's billing options and the hosted customer portal.
A checkout clearly marked as test or sandbox is for testing and does not collect a real subscription payment. A free preview alone never authorizes a subscription charge.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the subscription management options in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period or trial shown in your billing portal. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid its first subscription charge. If you cannot access the portal, contact us for help.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account, menu or stored files. Request account and data deletion separately through our contact form.
Contact us about an incorrect charge or a refund request, including the account email and a description of the issue. We assess requests under the applicable offer and law. Any mandatory right of withdrawal, refund or other consumer protection remains available. Where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies to a remote purchase, its statutory right of withdrawal is preserved independently of our free trial.
If a subscription expires or payment fails, editing and publication may be restricted and your public menu may become unavailable. Keep a copy of any information you need to retain.
7. Fair and lawful use
Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content; send spam; impersonate another business; interfere with the service; bypass access or usage limits; or use Menuelo to host unrelated files. Do not introduce malware or attempt to retrieve other users' data.
We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address nonpayment. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. Restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Menuelo available, but maintenance, network issues and third-party outages can interrupt it. Features may change as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated material will be error-free.
Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Menuelo does not prepare, sell or deliver the restaurant's food; the restaurant is responsible for its food service and published information.
9. Changes to these terms
We publish the current version on this page with its update date. If a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide appropriate notice through the service or the account email and obtain agreement where required. We will not apply a new fee retroactively to a period already paid for.
10. Applicable law and getting help
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live or do business. They do not require you to waive a legally protected forum or submit to mandatory private arbitration.
For questions, billing support, a complaint or a request concerning your account, use our contact form or email hello@menuelo.com.
